With a multiple award winning business, Nic and Erica Dibden are the proud owners of Tilba Real Dairy and operate a dairy far in the picturesque Tilba Tilba Valley, milking beautiful Jersey cows. From this pure jersey herd and the unique soil of Tilba they produce the creamiest milk, yoghurt, cheese and milkshakes.
"We have been involved in the farming / agricultural industry for the past 20 years and we are very excited about bringing back cheese making to the Tilba Tilba Valley and providing the public with an insight into agriculture and what is involved with producing food. We have also pioneered bottling regional milk from the Tilba Valley, you will have to taste it to believe just how different it really is."
Egans Farm at Runnyford sells fresh, free range eggs and grass fed Angus Beef.
