Refund Policy for event tickets
SAGE fund raising events are run by volunteers who work hard to make each gathering welcoming and affordable. In the weeks leading up to an event, everyone is busy and we kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to our ticket refund policy.

All ticket sales are final, as event costs are committed in advance. We do not refund ticket purchases, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email before the event if you can, otherwise ask the recipient to explain when they check in.

If we need to cancel an event for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked.

If the event is rescheduled and you can’t make the new date, just let us know within 14 days and we’ll happily refund your ticket.
