Kimchi & Sauerkraut with Alex Get ready to learn the who, what, how and 1, 2, 3 of preserving food through fermentation and turn your excess, leftover, mushy or bruised fruit and veg into delicious jars of fizz and flavour. 

Places limited to 15 people in each workshop!
