SAGE and Eurobodalla Shire Council are holding two workshops during Food Waste Action Week this March. This workshop will teach you the who, what, how and 1, 2, 3 of preserving food through pickling.

This workshop is aimed at beginners or those who are keen to experiment with different ways of preserving.
Places limited to 15 people in each workshop!
Turn your excess, leftover, mushy or bruised fruit and veg into delicious jars of fizz and flavour.
