Richard is an intensive organic producer based at Mystery Bay. He has an organic food forest with over 300 different varieties of fruit, nut, vegetable, herbs and cut flowers. His seasonal produce is made from his own produce supplemented by quality ingredients from other regional producers. His signature product is his award winning Fig and Olive Tapenade, a recipe which has been a market favourite across NSW for 25 years. His organic granola is a regional favourite, along with seasonal fresh cut herbs and organic raw chocolate made from scratch and flavoured with dried ingredients from our garden and Bliss Honey.
Tim is a passionate producer of Australian White lambs that are grass fed and rotationally grazed using regenerative, biodynamic principles.
